1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for coaching, consulting, digital products, and writing services are non-refundable. This applies to full payments, deposits, and installment plans.

2. Cancellations

For coaching sessions, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

If we ever need to reschedule, we will provide reasonable notice and offer alternatives.

3. Digital Products, Coaching, Consulting, Services and Courses

All digital downloads, templates, and online courses are considered delivered once purchased. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds or exchanges are provided.

4. Payment Terms

All purchases are final. Payment is required upfront unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
